Wine can be really versatile to cook with!  And you can do much more than adding a splash to the pan while cooking. Let Chef Heather guide you through various techniques like: Marinading, Pan sauce, Wine gravy & Poaching.

  • Mulled Wine(using Verdello’s wine on tap!)
  • Swiss Cheese Fondue with White Wine
  • Garlic Wine Mushrooms
  • Drunken Red wine Bucatini with Pancetta 
  • Spiced Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Mascarpone
