• Appetizer: BBQ’d short rib, sweet potato grits, Verdello pepper jelly
• Fish: Seared diver sea scallops, lobster purse, spinach and leaks, lobster beurre blanc
• Meat: Beef Tri-tip, Cajun jumbo shrimp, creamed spinach, crispy fingerling potatoes, pan jus
