Salt Block Cooking

Back by popular demand is our Salt Block Cooking class led by Chef Heather.   Learn new ways to cook your meats, veggies and more on a salt block as well as how to clean and maintain your salt block.  A jurassic-era salt mined from deep in the Himalayan Mountains, salt blocks can be heated in the oven for use as a cooking surface, or chilled in the freezer for use as a serving tray.  The miracle is how the right amount of the right salt can heighten the flavor of food without changing the character, making ingredients communicate more truthfully and passionately.  

If you already have a salt block, come learn some more tricks or be inspired to purchase your own.
