Rustic Italian Workshop

During this interactive workshop-style class, participants will team up in pairs of two to create their own Italian dinner. Learn recipes that you will make time and time again in your own kitchen that your friends and family will love. And have a night out that you won’t forget!

• • Arugula Salad – With pecorino cheese, lemon and pine nuts
  • Chicken Piccata – With capers, lemon, shallots and parsley
  • Broccolini – With lemon mustard dressing
  • Classic Risotto – With arborio rice, Parmesan, wine and vegetable stock
  • Affogato – With espresso, gelato, and caramel
