This festive holiday is about remembering loved ones with a celebration of vibrant traditions, tasty dishes, and everything that brings this day to life! - Poblano Rajas Con Crema – roasted poblano peppers in a creamy queso with chorizo
- Ahi Tuna and Avocado Tostados — fried corn tortilla with chipotle-lime aioli and a “salad” of tuna, avocado, fresh corn, tomatoes, lime pickled onions and cotija
- Dia de los Muertos Pozole – a Day of the Dead must have, this brothy soup is loaded with hominy, pork, guajillo and ancho chiles
- Blue Corn Chile Rellenos – roasted Hatch chiles stuffed with Oaxaca, Monterey Jack and goat cheeses; dredged in blue corn meal and fried to perfection
- Day of the Dead Bread – a sweet bread made with orange essence, sugar and cinnamon; this treat is the traditional way to pay homage to the souls of those who return to the living world for a brief time to feast, drink, dance and play music with their loved ones.
- Patrón Paloma – a high-end cocktail of reposado tequila, fresh squeezed grapefruit and sparking soda – end the evening with a toast to celebrate your loved ones
