Chef’s Table: Brazilian Steakhouse

At a Brazilian steakhouse, the focus is on the dizzying array of grilled meats. The style of cooking is called churrasco, a Portuguese word that simply means “grilled beef” or “grilled meats.” Chef Maxwell is going to prepare a Chef’s table family-style dinner where you get to sit back and take in the different styles of amazing cuts coming straight from Bighorn Mountain Farms. You don’t want to miss this unique dining experience to kick off a “Spring date night” with your special someone. 

Menu:  

• Black & Blue Salad: blackened strip, gorgonzola, grilled romaine & Bighorn Mtn Farms bacon, heirloom tomatoes
• Churrasco: Grilled, Smoked, Charcoal preparations: Pork Chop, Salted Baseball Sirloin, Marinated Filet Medallion and Eye of Ribeye
• Brazilian Sides: 
  • Herbed Couscous: fresh herbs, lemon, toasted 
  • South American Potato Salad: served room temperature
  • Grilled Vegetables: leeks & peppers 
  • Garlicky Rice
  • Minas Gerais: Brazilian Collard greens
• Dessert: Deep Fried Bananas and Ice Cream
