Starter: Spicy Soy-Sake & Miso Edamame and Miso Yellow Curry Deviled Quail Eggs
Appetizer: Miso Chicken Sliders: Miso-teriyaki burger sauce,pineapple-ginger aioli and pickled carrot-daikon radish slaw
Salad: Green with Miso-Ginger Vinaigrette: butter lettuce, pears, snow peas, avocado, almonds and cucumbers
Entree: Pork Tenderloin with Chile-Lime -Miso Butter: pan seared and then finished in the oven, basted with a miso butter bomb
Side: Miso Mashed Potatoes: Yukon golds, sour cream, and miso topped with Nanami Togarashi and fried shallot
Dessert: Ginger-Maple-Miso Ice Cream: vanilla bean ice cream blended with crystallized ginger, maple syrup and white miso topped with toasted coconut and served with a glass of iced sake
