This class is for budding chefs with some prior cooking experience working around the stove and with basic knife skills. We will be making a Chinese feast in honor of the upcoming Lunar New Year! Young chefs will get to try their hand at making a delicious stir fry, dumplings and a tik tok favorite- tanghulu!
