Menu:
- Baked brie with pineapple-habanero balsamic roasted strawberries — topped with serrano peppers, crispy prosciutto and fresh basil
- Mixed greens with a sriracha-agave vinaigrette — with golden beets, blueberries, walnuts and goat cheese
- Spicy tuna* (or chicken) stack — sashimi ahi tuna, avocado, cukes and ginger, served with gochujang mayo, wasabi crème, wonton strips and Thai sweet chile sauce
- Fried sticky rice cakes — sushi rice combined with rice vinegar and sugar ~ molded and fried
- Sweet and spicy edamame — in the pod, glazed with soy, maple and sambal oelek
- Spicy peanut butter squares — graham’s, peanut butter and sriracha crust with a chocolate-peanut butter topping
- The Sweet Heat Martini — jalapeño and ginger muddled with jalapeño simple syrup ~add Tito’s and pineapple juice
