Tiki embodies a fusion of cultures, a celebration of flamboyant ornamentation and above all, escapism. You can experience the spirit of paradise right here in Wyoming and spirits will be high as we sample the traditional drinks that define any good Tiki bar. On the menu, we will cook up some Izakaya inspired bites that pair perfectly with rum heavy drinks.
Cocktails
- Mai Tai
- Daiquiri

Menu:
- Teriyaki Meatball & Leek Skewers: All hail the most mobile of hot snacks, the skewer. This portable bite has Panko meatballs, leeks and a from scratch teriyaki sauce that you will want to put on everything.
- Imomochi: Potato Rice Cakes Unlike its confectionary brethren, this Hokkaido inspired mochi is savory, pan fried and built for dunking or smothering in sauce.
- Spam Musubi: Don’t knock it until you try it, this is not your grandmother’s fried Spam scramble. This handheld snack features a layer of steamed Japanese Calrose rice, musubi sauce, furikake (Japanese rice sprinkles), a fried to perfection slice of Spam, all wrapped up in a piece of nori.
- Black Sesame Shortbread with Miso Butterscotch Glaze: These cookies are subtly sweet, earthy and complex. They feature a miso butterscotch glaze that has a place in desserts but can serve double duty as a marinade for meats.
