“Dolce far niente”

One of the most beautiful Italian sayings for summer is “Dolce far niente”, which translates to “sweet doing nothing” – perfect for adapting an hour or two to relax and soak in all that summer has to offer. You don’t need a passport to tour the fresh flavors of Italy. In this class, you’ll join guest Chef Terri as she shows you how to make rosemary chicken under a brick. Served with a perfect appetizer, creamy risotto, and a zesty salad. For dessert, we’ll create a wine-infused custard with strawberries- a simple, delicious Italian treat.
