Menu: 

• Mini bagels w/ smoked salmon: herbed cream cheese, capers, tomato

• Miso glazed seared cod: risotto cake, wilted spinach, and beet puree 

• Braised short rib: red jacket mashed potatoes, and date compote  

• Dessert: Key lime pie w/ bourbon chantilly and chocolate sauce
